Good food and excellent choice on the menu! Very welcoming and helpful staff! I recommend everyone if in the area to stop and eat. The restaurant is located on the road to climb to the top of the Aveto Valley, it has a large car park across the road and is convenient for everyone! If you are a fishermen or mushroom grower, why not, first a catch and then an excellent lunch!

A Trattoria like 'once upon a time' offering excellent traditional dishes expertly cooked by Mrs. Silvana.The service is managed by his son Marco who, with his kindness and helpfulness, makes you feel at home.The environment is sober but welcoming.I recommend trying the trout cutlets which in my opinion are a true delicacy.Generous portions and bill correctly adjusted to the quality of what is proposed.I will definitely return to enjoy the quiet of Salsominore again.
